People who stopped AIDS medication

ann...@hotmail.com

Hello to both of you , and happy new year :)
I was diagnosed in 1997 and I began medications after being diagnosed with AIDS , in 2005.I took them for one year and stopped because of what I believed to be inappropriate treatment and unsustainable side effects. I was taking AZT in Combivir, and Sustiva. Both caused me problems  - peripheral neuropathy, mental confusion incoherence - I felt like I had had a lobotomy in the morning until noon and at night I had to go sleep by 10 to sleep through the extreme CNS effects . They did not accept that I had more extreme reactions and it went on like that for a year. I began to get chest pains and respiratory difficulties , asthma ( I am one) and I stopped when I had three call backs to a breast clinic for cancer screenings that turned out to be cystic masses - they went away when I stopped meds , after some months . Nothing good to say about these medications.

It is madness. I would very much like to see Sustiva banned for children instead of being rolled out across Thailand etc as a wunder drug . It should not  be used for either pre pubescent adolescent or any child in puberty . There have been cases documented of psychotic episodes as a result of it .

I hope your wife Maria is well - I know stopping medications is risky as they have suppressed the immune system and it can go a little haywire after - fungal infections are a problem also and not so easy to treat always. I take many natural remedies and supplements to prevent my body 'eco system' from this problem .

I had no illness until I began medications. After I stopped some nine months later I had very bad candida right through my body - for three months and also fevers weight loss and lung infections - all together . I was so sick I thought I would die and I went to hosptitol three times - they sent me home twice with a heart burn remedy first time and with a suggestion I see hiv consultant - who offered only that i go back on the medications and take Bactrin Nystatin Fluacanazole all the time.

I know there has been a parlimentary review of Bactrin / Septrin in the UK as it has a 48% adverse reaction . I dont take it. Only herbal medicines honeys homeopathic medicines - only if I need - and lots of garlic, lemon ginger thyme oregano etc.

I hope to stay well and I will never take these medications again - on principle also , as I have reservations about how they have conducted so many of their human trials . I attended UKCAB meeting in London some years ago and I did not like the format . I was very involved in mainstream hiv activism here for years - I even co ordinated a HIV campaign started a support group volunteered for an aids project and at a local NGO. But I dont believe in what they are doing , the direction they are taking here in Ireland. However we rely on the pharmaceutical industry and manufacture HIV meds for 3rd World so I guess we will see a lot of HIV here ..

I am also writing compiling material for a Buddy Book for people with HIV label. Not everyone is free to dissent as I am and there is very little reading material that is not stitched up by pharmaceutical agendas and State safe sex dogma.

I would love to read Marias books in english and I hope it will be possible to translate them some day.

By all means should Maria wish to contact me re research for her book , she is more than welcome to .

Do you know of Christine Maggiore , David Crowe , Liam Scheff, Manu, Celia Farber etc etc etc ...:) They have been very kind to me with direction
and information on alternative thinking about HIV and AIDS. It is through Manu in Spain that I found Marias website . He has a post on his blog.

Best wishes

Julie.. K.. Ireland.

Hello from Barcelona!

My first reason of stopping HAART is because I was tired of living like a lost zombie walking around hospitals; I knew about dissidents after stopping  and realized that possibly did the right thing... The past 3 years were so good recovering my health, enjoying my body without lipodistrofic syndrome, travelling around Europa, living in Berlin... I almost forgot about AIDS doctors and  inhuman hospitals.  I was feeling like "normal person" free of the heavy weight on my back.

Two months ago, october, I progressive lost left hand and left leg habilities like normal walking or pc writing...I visited a quiropractic doctor and a chinese acoupunturist without better results. I went to the hospital to make the necessary tests and  Magnetic Resonance shows some cerebel injuries with white tissue damage involved. Several doctors talks about a dangerous brain toxoplasmosis and they tryed with antibiotics like Cllindamicina:  symptoms looks  better then. Now I can write as good as before did. If antibiotics doesn´t work means that is not toxoplasmosis...
I also visited another neurologist and  he says such symptons could be related to HAART. I never suffered headache and I actually felt healthy until I started with antiobiotics, now I feel like having a strong flu.
I learned of the neurotoxicity of one of the drugs doctors gave me: pirimetamina, GlaxoWellcome production...The side effects are similar to AZT... I wouldn´t take it, of course...
I wonder why doctors understands any normal sickness such toxoplasmosis, not only  to AIDS related,  is so dangerous in sero+s that they don´t hesitate to give us the most dangerous drugs... If my problem is due to inmunedepresion why do they give me hepatoxic, neurotoxic and inmunodepresive drugs? Its a so called compasive treatment?   Doctors refuses giving these drugs to HIV Seronegatives with toxoplasmosis. I don´t believe my problem is so big since I´m recovering with only 2 pills among the 13 pills Doctors prescrives.
I believe avoid fear is important as well as enjoy live like  there isn´t  sickness at all; living is a mortal sickness, anyway.
Following is a clip made by Patrizia about the topic http://es.youtube.com/profile?user=patrixmon

Dear Maria,

Thanks for your site and sharing your story about which I have just learned. I think what inspired me to write is your poetic description of what it was like to stop the medication. I had a similiar experience in that regard.

Just a brief bit of info about my story......I\'ll leave out the high drama and many of the details. I\'m a 55 year old woman who lives in New York City. A little more than two years ago I ended up in a hospital near Baltimore where my older sister works as a nurse, more or less on the verge of death. My health had deteriorated rapidly over a period of a year including hair loss, profound fatigue, costipation, significant weight loss and an inability to eat anything at all towards the end. All of this was preceeded by a 3 year period of extreme, unremitting stress related to a family issue.

When I arrived at the hospital I learned that I had the most severe case of thrush the doctors had ever seen, as well as pneumonia and a blood count so low it required a transfusion.

This was after years of doing yoga, being a vegetarian, eating only organic produce, excercising using suplements and herbs etc and never, ever visiting conventional doctors.

As soon as the admitting physician saw me he said, \"you have AIDS, and that\'s the best option on the list of possibilities that come to mind.\" I had never been tested and refused initially(knowing a bit about the controversy and not very impressed with conventional doctors) but finally relented and tested positive.

Next thing I knew I was sitting in the office of a conventional AIDS physician in New York City at Cornell-Weill being prescribed toxic drugs, even offered AZT as a treatment option. Everything I had avoided all my life I was suddenly doing because I didn\'t know what else to do.

Stayed on the meds for a year or so and then stopped last May. It was an incredibly liberating and happy experience for me also.

Just wanted to share that with you.

Sincerely,

Joanne O\'Day

Dear Maria:

We sent the book to you via US AIR mail today and it will take about 7 business days to reach you.
I am glad that you are educating people about the causes of AIDS. I explained the pathogenesis of AIDS in my articles and book. However, I did not cover all the causes and conditions. Each case needs to be evaluated by differential diagnosis to learn about the cause(s)
of the  health problem. Below are the links for my article on AIDS published in MV and for sites that post some of my reports on medical-legal cases to give you
idea about differential diagnosis.  My website (www.toxi-health.com) has more information. Please fee free to post my report(s) and article(s) on your site if you wish.

Best regards,

Mohammed

"Dear Ms. Kolata,

Thank you so much this morning for your article emphasizing false epidemics made through molecular testing (Faith in Quick Test Leads to Epidemic
That Wasn’t; Gina Kolata, New York Times, January 22, 2007)
html?n=Top%2fReference%2fTimes%20Topics%2fPeople%2fK%2fKolata%2c%20Gina&_r=1&adxnnl=1&oref=slogin&adxnnlx=1169475374-aOWIE9nJ3iptyal0120TAA.)

You might not remember my name, but my colleagues and I discovered vasculogenic mimicry (VM), a pathological finding first found in melanomas that could identify malignant disease, and which suggested that tumors make their own vascular channels independent of neoangiogenesis. The discovery of VM was significant, because it forewarned that my former boss, Judah Folkman's anti-angiogenesis idea would probably not work on most solid malignant tumors.  Upon publication of the finding in The American Journal of Pathology, and
its presentation in Science and a dozen other journals, our VM finding was attacked by the anti-angiogenesis industry and establishment, because these publications and the release of endostatin in 1999 occurred simultaneously. Since then, vasculogenic mimicry has been confirmed by dozens of groups throughout the world in different cancers, and anti-angiogenesis arguably hasn't saved a single patient.
John Crewdson did a front page Chicago Tribune article about my questioning of the anti-angiogenesis approach (that I helped Folkman's group establish the cellular and biophysical basis for before I left Harvard), and the significance of VM.

Since then, I have been involved quite extensively in debunking AIDS establishment-invented cancers, as well as the dangerous pharma and government backed "HIV"
"HPV" Hepatitis A-E testing and vaccines, and as a father with a little scientific training and with a group of about 3000 scientists (called AIDS Denialists), we have fought a censored war for the past 25 years against the AIDS establishment's Orwellian and racist policies regarding such issues as their recent mandate for universal HIV testing (where there are more then 99% false positives abounding for so-called
"low risk" populations), the criminal opportunism that has arisen through the release of the hepatitis B vaccine and Gardasil (Merck's new attempt to cause autoimmune diseases in our pre-adolescent daughters), and most recently, the new circumcision mandate to thwart the spread of "HIV" in Africa by coming after every dark skinned man in the world with a knife to cut off the end of their penis-at best a racist policy aimed at further exploiting Africans, and African Americans (or whomever else will become their willing (or duped) human experimental test subjects).

In addtion to your what I would call your heroic expose this morning regarding molecular testing creating false epidemics, why don't you and Mr. Altman (whom we all
know is a former EIS agent trained to be vigilant about epidemics as well as false epidemics) ever present the warnings and concerns of us, the 3000 or so Nobel Laureates, National Academy members, journal editors, doctors, and scientists who wake up each day only to read about as yet another human rights freedom taken away by the Church of Modern Medicine, the federal government (the BARD or Burr-Frist Bill for instance), and the vaccine propaganda that the British successfully
repealed during the last century before Rockefeller and J.P. Morgan sanitized the Encyclopedia Britannica to exclude all vaccine-related carnage documented during the century before?

Nevertheless, I do thank you profusely this morning, for your alerting the public regarding the epidemic of false molecular testing. If you have interest, a number of articles about false molecular testing and other
issues like the one below can be found on
http://barnesworld.blogs.com/barnes_world/

Sincerely,
And with much appreciation,

Andrew

2006: Proposition - invitation to all heterosexual males who are HIV positive

It is my conviction that there exists no man who has been contaminated from an HIV positive woman. If we believe there is, this is merely out of the prevailing misinformation. However, since I do not intend to embroil myself in petty arguments, I will try to tackle the issue from a different angle, first by raising the following question: If there are HIV positive heterosexual men (excluding those cases contaminated by syringes), where are they?

Why is it that I have never come across none of them? They do not show up in any of the meetings held in the various centers of psychological support. This is where one meets mostly women or homosexual men. Where are the heterosexual HIV positive men (not the homosexual, drug-addicts or haemophiliacs, but the plain heterosexual), are they invisible? Whoever out there can make a report of even a single case, I am kindly asking him to send me an e-mail. Let us track down those supposed cases of heterosexual HIV positive men. Should they exist, I am sure that they would like a way out of their isolation.

I promise to make them the subject of a book. And I promise that this book will become a best-seller. Since we are no longer dying, let's make something worthwhile out of our lives. Let us not wander aimlessly.

Re: Proposition/Invitation to all heterosexual males

Hello

Sorry, I am not an 'HIV' positive heterosexual male. But want to say thanks for the invitation anyway.

From the ' ' around the HIV, and my email domain, you probably already know who I am. Yes, the /Peace and Love.ca/ webmaster; for more about my 'AIDS' interests: http://www.peaceandlove.ca/gstpintro.htm .

Talking about websites, hivwave.gr has Creation Date:27-12-2005. I discovered it recently, looking at the PeaceandLove.ca visitors, but have to say it was my best birthday gift!

Thinking about adding your invitation in the page http://www.peaceandlove.ca/AIDSsexmyth.html. Around where it say "No reliable evidence has ever been presented, for the Sexual Transmission of 'HIV/AIDS'", more than 20 years after the official proclamation of the so-called retrovirus.

The results of your invitation could provide an interesting update. No rush.

Very nice website layout. Thanks for your enlightening ("Let us throw light on the reality") contribution.

Cheers

Maria,

I came to the belief that the HIV positive = AIDS = death was simply just wrong by researching the possiblilty that HIV was manufactured virus. It seemed to me too much of a coincidence that a new deadly disease appeared soon after the genetic engineering tools were discovered to make one possible. I discovered a conspiracy but not the one I had originaly thought. Herpes was not scary enough to stop the sexual revolution so HIV-AIDS was invented but not in the laboratory. I believe Duesberg is quite correct when he says AZT was a deadly chemical that made the HIV = AIDS turn into a self fulfilling prophecy. Each year I began noticing that HIV positives were living longer and longer. I noticed how the main victims of this disease were homosexuals, drug addicts, and Africans. The perfect victims for the -just say no - Reagan administration. I noticed that the predictions using the mainstream paradigm were not happening. There is no heterosexual plague of AIDS in the US or any other developed country. It makes perfet sense to me the promiscuous homosexuals getting f**ked up the *ss hundreds or more times a year would have health issues as would people who inject chemicals manufactured by gangsters into thier blood streams. I agree with Mbeke tha tAfricans are dying of poverty like that have since colonial times. The other thing I noticed was that the science used in the mainstream AIDS was either poor or didn\'t work out. The AIDS heretics made more sense to me.

Just to let you know there are others out there who know. The propaganda is just so strong and widespread. It comes from the same mentality as those in America who helped put those wretched \'Colonels\' in power in Greece in the 70s and virologists feeding at the research trough.

Hi, i have not read the book yet but i suppose it is very interesting. I have a question on the basic argument that men dot not get affected by women. Is this a result of a statistical survey or a personal view that you obtained through your personal research? Do doctors share this view as well? Thank you, and i wish all the best to you. You are a shining example for all these people who suffer from the disease or even the fear for it.

Hello,
Stephen Davis sent me an email about your books.  They sound very interesting.  I had AIDS and do not place much stock in the current theories of the taking of the anti-viral medications.  I have been off the medications for almost a year now and am doing just fine.  I only take one mediation which is low dose naltrexone, a drug that is helping many with immune deficiency diseases.
I hope that you do not believe that HIV cause AIDS or that the medications will in the long run help you.  They have too many nasty, side-effects to suit me.  Anyway, I wish you well and with your books.

Yours in health,

Hello Maria,

My name is Andrew Maniotis, and my father's people were from Mani, and my mother's were from Eleuphsina.

Along with Eleni Papadoupolous and others here in the US, I have been one of the most active AIDS denialists on in the world. I would love to help Greece out in this matter, and also with issues on cancer that I work on in my day job.

I am glad you have met Mr. Davis, who informed me about your situation.

Let me know if I can help in any way. Perhaps you would like to translate some or any of the documents I have attached into Greek, and get them published in Greek newspapers/press/tv?

The Medical Hypotheses article is published now and can be gotten on MEDLINE:

Hi Maria,

I was given a link to your web site by my friend Stephen Davis. I'm writing to say hello, thank you for speaking your mind, and also to introduce myself.

I tested positive in the winter of 1992 and have lived since then enjoying excellent health with no medications. After doing a lot of public speaking and education work on behalf of various AIDS groups here, I started to question many of the popular ideas about HIV and AIDS that I was teaching.
This eventually led to writing a book (What If Everything You Thought You Knew About AIDS Was Wrong?) and starting an education and support network, Alive & Well AIDS Alternatives http://www.aliveandwell.org

Like you, I my partner is HIV negative. In fact, I noticed your web site links to my husband's documentary film "The Other Side of AIDS." Thank you for including that information for visitors to check out.

I hope you are in good health and good spirits entering into this new year.

With warm regards,

Christine Maggiore
